As the famous Polish song goes: “There is such a day, very warm, though it\u2019s December. A day, a simple day, when all disputes fade away.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At a shared table, it is easier to feel that we are together. Christmas Eve provides a moment of respite and reminds us of the peace that we all need a little of today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Closeness: The Simplest and Most Precious Gift<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During this time, it is also worth thinking about those who spend the holidays alone or face difficult challenges. Sometimes a simple memory, a small gesture, a warm word, or just being there is enough to make them feel they are not alone.<\/strong> The most important things happen quietly, through the closeness of another human being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this special night, when good triumphs over evil and light disperses the darkness, let the words of the traditional carol resonate with particular strength: “And hope shall enter us again, the shadows of the absent shall appear, and we shall believe once more in yet another Christmas.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
