More and more seniors are opting out of new challenges, believing their time for growth has passed. However, the latest research\u2014conducted by an international team of scientists\u2014proves this mindset is a mistake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Findings: What Researchers Discovered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An international team of scientists, including prominent experts from Poland, Chile, Spain, and Germany, investigated <strong>how various forms of creative engagement affect <a href=\"https:\/\/holistic.news\/en\/intelligence-and-genes\/\">brain function<\/a><\/strong>.
