Since you have expressed your willingness to receive our marketing content such as: m.in. Newsletter and thus provided us with your personal data such as: name, surname, e-mail, which are also your personal data, we want to provide you with some important information on how we will process your data in connection with this action.

2. WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA PROPERLY?

We process your data on the basis of your consent/consents (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter:  “GDPR”), in order to:

  1. direct marketing of products and services offered by the Administrator;
  2. transmission of marketing content, using telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems, such as: telephone or e-mail address;
  3. receive commercial information from the Administrator by e-mail or SMS regarding products and services offered by the Administrator,

depending on the scope of consent / consents granted.

The legal basis for data processing is also the legitimate interest of the Administrator, consisting in direct marketing of products/services offered by the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

3. WHO CAN BE THE RECIPIENT OF YOUR DATA?

The recipients of your data may be our employees, co-workers, other entities cooperating in the service of the Foundation, as well as the IT service provider.

4. WILL WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA OUTSIDE THE EEA?

Please be advised that we do not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a third country should be understood as countries outside the EU and EEA). However, in the case of transfer of your data to third countries, we will use appropriate legal instruments to ensure the security of this data.

5. HOW LONG WILL WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

Your data will be processed until the withdrawal of consent / consents. Data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator will be processed until you object.

6. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

In connection with the processing of your data by us, you have the following rights:

  • the right to access data, rectify them,
  • erasure or restriction of processing,
  • as well as the right to data portability.

You can also object at any time for the reasons set out in Art. 21 GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), in the event of becoming aware of unlawful data processing by the Administrator.

We do not make automated decisions and do not use profiling in relation to your data. Providing personal data is voluntary, while failure to provide data results in the inability to send you our Newsletter.

You may withdraw your consent/consents at any time, which, however, will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of the consent / consents given before its / their withdrawal.
